| "Tunnel Welding System" strongly secures the work in place as it passes through a stationary torch in the "tunnel", creating strong, perfectly straight welds every time. Automatically locates weld, maintains alignment and prevents slippage drastically reducing defects compared to traditional seam welders. Weld is incredibly strong, significantly improving Drawing Rate and Expansion Ratio, making the part robust in other processes. Can be incorporated into lines easily as work-piece enters and exits on same path. Can be adapted with Laser, Plasma, TIG, Hybrid, MAG/MIG and other weld power sources. |
